How We Deliver Results

Connextions’ delivery capability includes three state-of-the-art, highly secure and industry-specific compliant customer contact centers – in Florida, North Carolina and Indiana, totaling more than 350,000 square feet – where web-based, direct mail, telecommunications, distribution and data communications functions are integrated into an end-to-end service capability. Dedicated, secure space is available for private branding by individual healthcare clients, to foster teamwork, learning and communication.

Our staff of more than 2,500 team members includes highly trained insurance agents – who are cross-licensed in all 50 states – and who are qualified to assist with the sale, enrollment and servicing of our clients’ insurance plan members. Our CMS-certified agents are trained through ConnextionsHealth's College of Insurance to ensure the highest level of product knowledge and regulation compliance.
