Mike Tripp is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day consistency and high standards of excellence that define Connextions' fully integrated contact center capabilities. With more than 18 years of experience in contact center management for organizations specializing in sales, service, customer retention and targeted CRM initiatives, Tripp is a veteran of complex implementations and multi-site quality improvement programs.
Prior to joining Connextions, Tripp served as Regional Vice President of APAC Customer Services, Inc., where he managed more than 4,000 employees in 11 contact centers. Tripp was recognized by APAC as the 2002 Most Valuable Player of the Year and under his leadership, APAC's West Division achieved the Number 1 ranking in 2003. Tripp attended Emporia State University and Kennedy Western University, majoring in business administration.
