Janet Ziomek has held a number of senior management positions at public and private corporations over the past 25 years.
Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer for a registered investment advisory firm. Prior to that, she was Chief Financial Officer at Rotech Healthcare Inc., a publicly held home medical equipment company with 500 locations and more than $500 million in revenue. At Rotech, she was responsible for a broad range of functions, including financial reporting, cash management, internal audit and treasury.
Previously, she had served as Chief Financial Officer at a privately held company, and as a senior audit manager for Ernst & Young.
Ms. Ziomek is a graduate of West Virginia University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
