Connextions Health was established by LeFort as a logical extension of lessons learned while building Connextions, to address growing business needs related to the consumer directed healthcare movement. Third-party confirmation of this venture, in addition to the company's long list of health plan and provider clients, includes LeFort's designation as a "healthcare visionary" by Managed Healthcare Executive magazine.
Jack LeFort has led two other entrepreneurial businesses since his graduation from The University of Pennsylvania, including one of the largest commercial interior architectural firms in the country.
From a management perspective, LeFort places high value on a dynamic team chemistry that inspires creativity and a passionate exchange of ideas. Operationally, he works to maintain his track record of aggressive organic growth and strong fiscal management.
LeFort has served on several corporate boards, including Saucony Inc., prior to its acquisition by Stride Rite Corporation. He also serves on numerous community boards and is the founder of the United States Sailing Center, located in Stuart, Florida – one of only two American Olympic-class training facilities recognized by sailing’s governing organization. His competitive spirit and enjoyment of teamwork is nurtured through his efforts as a world-class sailor, possessing numerous national and international titles. He is a four-time North American champion of the Mumm 30 class racing championship.
