Connextions was established as a division of Magnetix Corporation, one of the nation's most respected video and audio replication services. Expanding beyond its supply chain roots, the company developed a fully integrated customer service center; attracting a client base that currently includes a long list of well-known blue chip clients across several industries. Subsequently, to meet the growing need for outsourced solutions and CRM expertise – driven by the rapid growth of healthcare consumerism – Connextions Health was created.

Multi-Channel Capabilities
Connextions operates three state-of-the-art, highly secure and HIPAA-compliant customer contact centers – in Florida, North Carolina and Indiana – where web, direct mail, telecommunications, distribution and data communications functions are integrated into an end-to-end service capability.
In addition to our nearly 2,500 customer service representatives, our clinically experienced Registered Nurses are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to monitor the health status of our clients' patients via phone, fax and the internet.
Our contact center also houses our large staff of highly trained insurance agents – cross-licensed in all 50 states – who are qualified to assist with the sale, enrollment and benefits management of our clients' insurance plan members.
